Every custom garment that leaves our factory starts the same way: with a clear plan, the right fabric and a production team that sweats the details. In this article we walk through each stage of our manufacturing process so brands know exactly what happens between sending a design and receiving finished goods.
1. Fabric Selection and Development
Fabric determines how a garment looks, drapes and lasts. We support 100% cotton, heavyweight cotton, French terry, fleece and washed fabrics, and we can develop custom fabrics, weights and finishes to match your brand's quality standard.
2. Sampling Before Bulk Production
Before any bulk order begins, our development team produces samples to confirm sizing, colors, fabric hand-feel and workmanship. Clients review and approve samples first, which prevents expensive mistakes at scale.
3. Cutting, Sewing and Washing
Once approved, production moves through precision cutting, professional sewing and — for vintage styles — specialized garment washing and distressing processes that create the lived-in look streetwear customers love.
4. Printing, Embroidery and Finishing
Logos and artwork are applied with screen printing, DTG, puff printing, embroidery, heat transfer or patches, followed by careful finishing, pressing and packing with your choice of labels, hang tags and custom packaging.
Every order is checked at multiple quality control points during fabric sourcing, production, finishing and packaging, so the garments you receive match the standard you approved.
