Whichever model you choose, the timing is the same: sampling takes 1–2 weeks, and bulk production takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, and the MOQ is negotiable: how low we can go depends on the design itself — the fabric, the construction, the print or wash process, and how many sizes and colors you need. Sampling fees vary from style to style and are confirmed in the quotation before sampling starts.
How An Order Runs, Step By Step
The same seven steps, whether you start with a full tech pack or a rough idea.
You send your idea
A sketch, tech pack, reference photos or a garment you already own. We reply within one business day with focused questions, not a generic acknowledgement.
Quotation confirmed
Sampling, materials, production and shipping options are stated upfront, together with the payment schedule, before any work starts.
Sampling — 1 to 2 weeks
Your style is made into a real garment you can try, feel and evaluate. We revise it until the details are right for you.
Sample approved
That approved garment becomes the written standard that bulk production has to match — nothing goes forward until you confirm it.
Bulk production — 3 to 4 weeks
Fabric is inspected on arrival, work is checked in line, and we share progress updates while your order is running.
Final inspection and packing
Measurements, stitching, prints, labels and trims are checked against the approved sample, then packed with your branding applied.
Shipping and follow-up
Delivered by sea, air or land with export documents and tracking. Your patterns and standard stay on file for faster reorders.
Sampling is charged separately and is confirmed in the quotation before it begins. Timelines are confirmed in writing for each order.
