FABRICS & PROCESSES
Fabric weight, structure, hand feel and finishing all shape the final garment. We help you select the right combination of materials and processes so the product looks, feels and performs the way your brand intends.
01 / FABRIC
Fabric Selection
Cotton, heavyweight jersey, French terry, fleece, denim and blended fabrics can be selected according to weight, structure, softness, durability and the final look you want to achieve.
02 / WASH
Vintage Wash & Dye
Garment wash, pigment wash, acid wash, enzyme wash and other treatments can be developed to create softer hand feel, faded colour and authentic vintage character.
03 / PRINT
Printing Techniques
Screen printing, digital printing, puff effects, distressed graphics and other applications are selected according to the artwork, fabric and desired finish.
04 / EMBROIDERY
Embroidery & Patches
Flat embroidery, raised embroidery, patches and other stitched details add texture, depth and a more premium finish to the garment.
05 / DISTRESSING
Distressing & Aged Details
Abrasion, raw edges, damaged details, repairs and worn-in effects can be developed intentionally to create controlled vintage character.
06 / FINISHING
Final Garment Finishing
Washing, pressing, trimming and final finishing bring the construction and special processes together before inspection and packing.
VINTAGE DEVELOPMENT
A convincing vintage garment is not created by adding one wash at the end. Fabric, colour, construction, graphics and finishing all react differently during production, so the final effect needs to be developed as a complete product.

FABRIC

PROCESS CONTROL
Special washes and vintage effects naturally involve variation. The goal is not to make every garment mechanically identical, but to keep the overall colour, hand feel and visual character within the approved production standard.
Develop
Fabric, colour and finishing effects are developed during sampling.
Approve
You review the physical sample and confirm the intended appearance.
Reproduce
Bulk production follows the confirmed process and approved reference.
Check
Finished garments are checked for overall consistency before packing.
START WITH YOUR IDEA
Send us your design, reference images or an existing garment. Tell us the look and feel you want to achieve, and we can recommend suitable materials, fabric weight and finishing techniques for sampling.
Sample development: typically 1–2 weeks
Once the fabric, fit and finishing are approved, the confirmed sample becomes the reference for bulk production.
