French Client Visits INFULLSAIL Clothing Factory in Dongguan
Showroom Tour and Product Development Meeting
A French client recently visited INFULLSAIL's clothing factory in Dongguan for a product development meeting. The visit gave both teams the chance to meet face to face, review current development work and discuss how INFULLSAIL's OEM and ODM manufacturing services can support the client's product plans.
During the visit, the client toured the INFULLSAIL showroom and sample area, where sample garments and development pieces were displayed across the product range. The team walked through the samples on display and explained how each stage of development, from initial concepts to finished garments, is handled in-house.
Discussions focused on fabric selection, pattern development and wash techniques. The two sides exchanged views on materials, fits and finishing effects relevant to the client's collection direction, and reviewed how different fabrics and washes behave in production.
Manufacturing Process and Next Steps
The INFULLSAIL team also introduced the company's pattern-making and bulk production workflow. The client learned how a style moves from tech pack and pattern development through sampling, cutting, sewing, washing and finishing to final inspection and packing. INFULLSAIL typically completes sampling within about one to two weeks, with bulk production following in about three to four weeks after sample approval, and supports orders with a standard MOQ of 100 pieces per style, per color.
The visit also covered the product categories central to the client's upcoming collections and the direction for the next stage of cooperation. Both sides agreed to move forward with sample development and to continue detailed discussions on specifications and timelines.
