Canadian Client Visits INFULLSAIL Factory in Dongguan
On September 16, 2026, INFULLSAIL welcomed a client from Canada for a full-day visit covering the main stages of apparel production — from sample review to dyeing and cutting. The visit gave the client a first-hand look at how a custom apparel program moves from materials to finished garments.

Showroom Visit and Sample Review
The day began in the showroom, where the client reviewed garments across several categories and checked fabric hand feel, fit and finishing at close range. The team also presented accessory options such as metal zippers and trims, so the client could see the materials available for upcoming collections.

Dyeing Process and Special Finishes
The visit continued at a partner dyeing facility, where the fabric dyeing process was shown from start to finish. The client saw how colour is applied and controlled across a production run, and learned about the special processes INFULLSAIL can produce — including dyeing, washing and distressed, vintage-style finishes — that give each garment its individual character.

Cutting Process
Later in the day, the client visited the cutting process to see how approved specifications are turned into production-ready panels before sewing. Seeing the stage in person helped clarify how measurements, panel layout and material checks are handled at the start of production, and how the approved sample guides the work that follows.

Looking Ahead to the Next Collection
The visit gave both teams a clear basis for the next stage of development, and the client left with a practical understanding of INFULLSAIL's production capabilities and material options. INFULLSAIL is an OEM and ODM clothing manufacturer based in Dongguan with more than 20 years of apparel production experience, supporting fashion and streetwear brands with fabric sourcing, pattern development, sampling and bulk production. The company regularly welcomes brand partners to its facility to align on product direction before production begins, and looks forward to continuing cooperation with clients in North America and beyond.
