INFULLSAIL Recognises Sample Room and Reviews Team Goals
On October 7, 2026, the INFULLSAIL team gathered for a company meeting that combined recognition with a review of how the year's goals are progressing. The session covered two themes: celebrating the craftsmanship behind the products, and asking every team member to account for their own targets.
Recognising the Sample Room
The meeting opened with recognition for a colleague from the sample room. Pattern making and sample work sit at the centre of custom apparel: the sample room turns a design, a sketch or a reference garment into something a brand can actually hold, wear and approve. The team thanked the colleague for the care and precision that this work demands, and for the patience it takes when a sample has to be reworked until it matches the brief.

Each Team Member Reviewed Their Goals
The second part of the meeting belonged to the sales team. Each member reported on their own targets — what had been achieved so far, what had fallen short, and the reasons behind the difference. Reporting in front of colleagues rather than only to a manager changes the tone of the exercise: the numbers are discussed openly, and the conversation moves quickly from explanation to what can be done next.

How the Team Will Keep Improving
The follow-up discussion focused on practical improvements for the coming weeks: staying closer to customers during development, following up on samples and quotations more consistently, and sharing information between colleagues so fewer details are missed. Each person left with clear priorities for their own work, rather than a general instruction to try harder.
