UK Brand Visits INFULLSAIL for Nylon Trench Development
A brand team from the United Kingdom visited INFULLSAIL's facility in Dongguan on 27 October to discuss cooperation and plan the direction of its next product range.

Reviewing Garments and Materials
The visit started in the sample room, where the team reviewed finished garments and inspected fabric hand feel, construction, and finishing details up close. The discussion focused on what the brand needs for its next range rather than on catalogue items, so each reference was checked against the way it would be worn and sold.

Nylon Trench Coats as the Priority
The brand's main requirement for the coming season is nylon trench coats. The conversation covered shell fabric selection, the surface finish of the nylon, and the construction details that decide how a trench hangs — collar shape, placket, storm flap, and the balance between structure and drape.
Washed Hoodies Still Under Discussion
Washed hoodies were also on the agenda. The wash direction is still to be confirmed by the brand, so the piece remains in discussion rather than in development. Fabric weight and the type of wash were both raised, with the final decision left to the brand team.
Development Sequence and Next Steps
Both sides agreed on how the work will move forward: reference review, pattern development, sampling, sample approval, and then bulk production. Sampling typically takes two to three weeks depending on the construction, and bulk runs follow sample approval. A quotation and sampling plan for the nylon trench will be prepared for the brand to review.
