What We Produce
Pullover hoodies, zip-up and full-zip hoodies, heavyweight boxy fits, washed and distressed finishes, garment-dyed colourways, embroidered and printed graphics, and knit cardigans with hoods. Each style is developed from your own artwork and size chart, or from one of our ODM references when you want a faster start.
Because everything is built per style, the fabric weight, the fit and the finish are all chosen for your price point rather than taken from a fixed catalogue. We work with loopback, brushed fleece and French terry constructions, and we will tell you which one suits the fit you have in mind. Trims, zippers, drawcords, ribbing, labels and hangtags are specified with the rest of the style so the finished garment arrives ready for your own branding.
Choices That Decide Your Shelf Price
Three decisions move the cost of a hoodie more than anything else: fabric weight, finish, and decoration. A heavier fleece raises the material cost but supports a higher retail price because it photographs and drapes better. A washed or garment-dyed finish adds a production step and a colour-development round. Embroidery versus print changes both the setup and the perceived quality.
We quote these as separate lines so you can see what a change actually costs before you commit, and we tell you plainly when a finish will not behave on a given fabric.
Minimum Order Quantity and Lead Times
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Sizes can be mixed within one colourway, while each colour is treated as its own order. Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved. Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough.
Reorders carry the same minimum, which keeps a restock of a bestseller predictable. If your first drop is smaller than the standard minimum, tell us early: trial quantities below the minimum can sometimes be agreed and are assessed per style.
Quality Control You Can Follow
Each order is checked at cutting, sewing, finishing and before packing, and the approved sample remains the reference for the whole run. We hold BSCI social compliance certification, and material certifications such as OEKO-TEX are confirmed per project at the quotation stage for the specific fabrics used.
