Home / Custom Denim Jacket Manufacturer | Streetwear Denim Production
Denim is judged by its wash, its hardware and the way the panels break in. We produce denim jackets for streetwear brands that need a repeatable wash result and trims that match the price point they are selling at.

Trucker and boxy denim jackets, oversized and cropped cuts, washed, bleached and distressed finishes, contrast-panel and patchwork constructions, sherpa-lined versions, and denim sets developed as a jacket-and-pant pairing.
Denim weight, wash and hardware decide the shelf price. Heavier denim holds a structured shape but adds cost and machine time. Every additional wash step - rinse, bleach, distress, tint - adds a development round and a risk of shade drift. Buttons, rivets and labels are small line items that change how premium the jacket feels.

Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway. Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after sample approval. Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough. Reorders carry the same minimum, which keeps a restock predictable.
If your first drop is smaller than the standard minimum, say so early. Trial quantities below the minimum can sometimes be agreed and are assessed per style according to the fabric, the wash and the processes involved, with the terms set out in the quotation.
Your brief becomes a written specification: fabrics, trims, measurements, decoration placement and the size set. We sample against that specification, you approve it in writing, and bulk production repeats the approved sample at volume. Shipping by sea, air or land is quoted as its own line, chosen by weighing your launch date against your budget.
Each order is checked at cutting, sewing, finishing and before packing, and the approved sample stays the reference for the whole run. We hold BSCI social compliance certification, and material certifications such as OEKO-TEX are confirmed per project at the quotation stage for the specific fabrics used.
Before you specify a finish, our guides on the acid wash and enzyme wash and the manufacturer vetting checklist are worth a read.

Send your tech pack or reference images, your quantity per colour and your target drop date. We reply to inquiries within one working day with a clear answer on what is straightforward, what needs development, and what it will take to produce. If you are comparing factories, start with the questions that matter most before any deposit is paid. See finished examples in our custom denim jacket range, or contact our team to start.
