A crewneck is the quiet workhorse of a streetwear range: simpler than a hoodie, easier to layer, and often the piece that sells through at full price. We produce them for brands that want a clean shape with a finish customers can feel.

Heavyweight and midweight crewnecks, boxy and cropped fits, washed and garment-dyed finishes, contrast ribbing, embroidered chest marks and printed back graphics, and knit crewneck variants for a softer drape.
Fleece weight, neckline ribbing and the finish decide how a crewneck holds up. A heavier fleece keeps the body from collapsing after washing, and a correctly tensioned neck rib keeps the collar from stretching. Embroidery versus print changes both setup and the price a customer will accept.

Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway. Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after sample approval. Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough. Reorders carry the same minimum, which keeps a restock predictable.
If your first drop is smaller than the standard minimum, say so early. Trial quantities below the minimum can sometimes be agreed and are assessed per style according to the fabric, the wash and the processes involved, with the terms set out in the quotation.
Your brief becomes a written specification: fabrics, trims, measurements, decoration placement and the size set. We sample against that specification, you approve it in writing, and bulk production repeats the approved sample at volume. Shipping by sea, air or land is quoted as its own line, chosen by weighing your launch date against your budget.
Each order is checked at cutting, sewing, finishing and before packing, and the approved sample stays the reference for the whole run. We hold BSCI social compliance certification, and material certifications such as OEKO-TEX are confirmed per project at the quotation stage for the specific fabrics used.
Before you specify a finish, our guides on the sampling and bulk timeline and the acid wash and enzyme wash are worth a read.

Send your tech pack or reference images, your quantity per colour and your target drop date. We reply to inquiries within one working day with a clear answer on what is straightforward, what needs development, and what it will take to produce. If you are comparing factories, start with the questions that matter most before any deposit is paid. See finished examples in our custom crewneck sweatshirt range, or contact our team to start.
