Home / Custom Work Jacket Manufacturer | Streetwear Workwear Jackets
Work jackets have become a streetwear staple because they look durable and cost less to produce than heavier outerwear. We build them so the utility details are real rather than decorative, which is what keeps customers coming back for a second colour.

Chore and chore-coat silhouettes, duck canvas and twill constructions, double-knee inspired panelling, contrast stitching, patch and welt pocket layouts, corduroy collars, and washed or coated finishes.
Canvas weight, pocket construction and finish decide the price. Heavier duck canvas holds a structured shape and ages visibly, which is part of the appeal. Extra pockets and reinforced panels add sewing time. A wash or coating adds a development round, and contrast stitching is a low-cost way to lift perceived quality.

Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway. Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after sample approval. Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough. Reorders carry the same minimum, which keeps a restock predictable.
If your first drop is smaller than the standard minimum, say so early. Trial quantities below the minimum can sometimes be agreed and are assessed per style according to the fabric, the wash and the processes involved, with the terms set out in the quotation.
Your brief becomes a written specification: fabrics, trims, measurements, decoration placement and the size set. We sample against that specification, you approve it in writing, and bulk production repeats the approved sample at volume. Shipping by sea, air or land is quoted as its own line, chosen by weighing your launch date against your budget.
Each order is checked at cutting, sewing, finishing and before packing, and the approved sample stays the reference for the whole run. We hold BSCI social compliance certification, and material certifications such as OEKO-TEX are confirmed per project at the quotation stage for the specific fabrics used.
Before you specify a finish, our guides on the how the 100-piece minimum works and the sampling and bulk timeline are worth a read.
