Production Capacity and Lead Times
Capacity only helps your business if your order has a place in it. This page explains how production is scheduled, what the usual timings are, and which decisions move a delivery date.

How Scheduling Works
A production slot is confirmed against a fixed specification rather than a general intention to order. Once the fabric, trims and construction are settled and the sample is approved, the order is placed on the line and the delivery date becomes something both sides can plan around.
Because the schedule is shared across orders, capacity and the feasibility of a rush request are confirmed per order rather than quoted as a standing figure. If you are working to a launch date, raise it early so the slot can be reserved.
The Usual Timings
Sampling typically takes around two weeks. Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved. Freight is separate again and is quoted as its own line, so the transit time can be weighed against the budget.
Both stages are quoted in the quotation rather than assumed, because the fabric, the number of processes and the volume of a style all affect how long the factory actually needs.

What Actually Moves a Schedule
Incomplete specifications are the most common cause of delay: if the size set or the decoration placement is still open when cutting begins, every later stage inherits the uncertainty. Late artwork has the same effect and usually forces a second sample, which restarts the clock.
Fabric substitution is the third: a replacement that is heavier, lighter or a different shade changes the wash result, and the approval has to be repeated. Deciding between two similar fabrics costs a day; discovering the difference after cutting costs weeks.
Planning Around a Fixed Drop Date
Work backwards from the date and treat sampling, bulk and freight as three separate bookings, each with its own buffer. Plan the colour count early as well, since the minimum of 100 pieces per style, per color applies per colour group and each colour takes its turn on the line.
Send your styles, quantities and target date and we will reply within one working day with a stage-by-stage view of what fits.

Minimums and Timelines
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway and each colour treated as its own order. Sampling typically takes around two weeks and is quoted separately and upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough.
Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved, and reorders carry the same minimum. Shipping by sea, air or land is quoted as its own line, so the transit cost is visible before the goods are finished.
