Design-led brands usually arrive with a clear idea and an unclear production plan. The work then is to protect the idea while making it producible at a price that supports the retail figure you have in mind.

The first step is to separate what is essential from what is expensive. Silhouette, fabric hand feel and the details that customers touch decide whether the garment reads as intended; internal finishes that no one sees are where cost can be removed without changing the piece.
From there, fabrics, trims, measurements and decoration placement are written into a specification, and a sample is cut against it. Sampling typically takes around two weeks and is quoted separately and upfront.
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway. For a first collection that usually means fewer colours, deeper size runs, and adding the remaining colourways on reorder once one has proven itself.
Where a first run is smaller than the standard minimum, tell us early: trial quantities below the minimum can sometimes be agreed and are assessed per style according to the fabric and the processes involved.

Pattern development, wash development and decoration testing are the three stages that consume most of the calendar, and each one happens before bulk. Getting them right on the first pass is what keeps a launch date credible.
Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved, and reorders carry the same minimum, so a bestseller can be restocked without renegotiating the order size.
Send your mood board, technical sketches or a reference garment, along with the quantity per colour and the season you are targeting. We will tell you what can be produced as specified, what needs development, and where the cost sits.
