Designing a First Drop That Sells
A small number of strong pieces beats a wide range at launch. A hoodie, a tee and one accessory typically cover the buying decision, and each can be extended into further colourways on reorder once the first run has sold.
Because our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, the colour count is what decides the budget a drop consumes. Sizes can be mixed inside one colourway, so a full size curve fits inside a single colour group.
Where Merch Production Usually Goes Wrong
Artwork that arrives after the sample is approved forces a second sample and restarts the schedule. Undecided sizing shows up as returns, because the same design on two different garments is rarely the same fit.
Decoration is another common trap: a graphic that works on a washed tee can look thin on a heavy fleece, so the technique is confirmed on the actual fabric during sampling rather than assumed.
Realistic Timings
Sampling typically takes around two weeks and is quoted separately and upfront. Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved, with freight quoted as its own line so the transit cost is visible before the goods are finished.
If your drop is tied to a date, share it early. Capacity and rush feasibility are confirmed per order rather than as a standing promise.
