Home / Apparel Manufacturing for Established Brands | INFULLSAIL
Established brands are usually replacing a supplier or adding a second source. The questions are different from a startup's: whether quality repeats across runs, whether a colourway executes consistently, and whether the paperwork stands up.

The first order proves capability; the second proves repeatability. Repeatability depends on records rather than intentions: the approved sample, the size set, the wash recipe and the fabric source kept together so a later run measures against the same standard.
Shade matching across a size run and consistency between colour groups are the two most common failure points when work moves to a new factory, which is why both are checked at cutting and again at finishing.
We hold BSCI social compliance certification. Other schemes, including material certifications such as OEKO-TEX, are confirmed per project at quotation stage, and anything not confirmed for your order is not claimed on our side.
Commercial terms, including payment schedules, inspection arrangements, exclusivity and confidentiality, are set out in the contract rather than agreed informally.

Additional colourways and categories are added against the same specification process, so the second category is documented as carefully as the first. Each colour remains its own group for cutting, dyeing and finishing, which is what keeps a multi-colour programme consistent.
Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after sample approval, with the schedule confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed.
Send the specification you hold, the volume per colour, and the standard the product has to meet. We will confirm what can be matched, what needs a development round, and how the first run would be staged.

Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway and each colour treated as its own order. Sampling typically takes around two weeks and is quoted separately and upfront; it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough.
Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved, and reorders carry the same minimum. Shipping by sea, air or land is quoted as its own line, so the transit cost is visible before the goods are finished.
