Custom Washed T-Shirt Manufacturer | Vintage Finish Tees
Send your brief and specification — we reply within one working day.
What we produce
Acid, enzyme and snow washes, garment dye, tinted and sun-faded effects, hand distressing, vintage necks and hems, and washed heavyweight jersey with printed or embroidered artwork.
Choices that decide your shelf price
Wash type, intensity and the base jersey decide the final look. A heavier jersey takes a wash differently from a light one, and every additional step adds a development round and a shade-matching risk.
What this means for your order
Every stage is confirmed in writing before production begins, so the specification, the schedule and the price stay aligned from the first conversation to the reorder.

- SamplingThe sample is produced against the written specification and you approve it in writing.
- Bulk and shippingProduction repeats the approved sample, then freight is quoted as its own line.

Questions buyers ask
Direct answers on minimums, timing and commercial terms.
- How is the minimum counted across colours? The minimum applies to each colour group rather than to the order as a whole, which is why the colour count drives the size of a first drop. Sizes can be mixed inside a colourway; a second colour is a second group.
- Is the sample fee refundable or credited?Sampling is charged separately and confirmed upfront. It may be credited against the bulk order where the bulk quantity is large enough, as set out in the quotation, and we confirm that condition in writing.
- What happens on a reorder?Reorders carry the same minimum as the first order. The approved sample, size set and wash recipe are kept on file so a restock matches the original run rather than approximating it.
