US Client Visits INFULLSAIL to Review Sample Making and Production
On 3 November, a brand team from the United States visited INFULLSAIL's facility in Dongguan to review sample making and the garment production process first-hand, and to work through sample details together with the pattern masters.

Sample Making Under Review
The visit began in the sample room, where the team examined samples in progress and went through the details that decide how a finished garment reads: measurements at the key points, seam construction, collar and placket shape, and the trims specified for each style. Rather than reviewing photographs, the team was able to handle the pieces and compare them against the reference garments they had brought with them.

Following the Production Process
The team then walked through several workshops and production areas on site to see how a style moves from cutting to sewing, finishing and inspection. Each stage was explained in the order it happens, including where in-house checks sit and what is verified before a panel moves on. Seeing the sequence in person answers the question buyers ask most often: how much of the process is controlled in one place.

Refining Details with the Pattern Masters
The most substantive part of the day was the working session with the pattern masters. Sample details were revised on the spot — proportions, seam placement, and the finishing touches that separate a correct sample from a saleable one. Each change was discussed against the intended fit and the way the garment will be worn, then recorded so the next sample reflects the agreed version rather than a memory of the conversation.

Next Steps
Both sides agreed on the sequence from here: the updated sample is made to the revised details, reviewed by the brand, and once approved the style moves into bulk production. Sampling typically takes two to three weeks depending on the construction and the number of revisions, and bulk runs follow sample approval. The standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour, with sizes mixable inside a colour.
