How does the sampling process work?

Step by step

Step 1: send your design, tech pack, sketches or a reference garment, together with the quantities you have in mind. Our team reviews the style and confirms whether anything needs adjustment for production.

Step 2: we prepare a quotation covering the sample fee, materials and production. The sample fee is quoted before development starts, and the number of included revision rounds is confirmed in the sampling quotation.

Step 3: sample development. Sampling typically takes about one to two weeks, depending on the style and fabric availability. You review the sample for fit, fabric, colour, print and finish.

Step 4: feedback and approval. You send your comments with photos and measurements; we revise and re-submit for your approval. The approved sample becomes the standard for the whole order.

Step 5: bulk production. After approval, production generally takes about three to four weeks, followed by final inspection and packing before shipping.
