Question 1

Yes. Woven and printed neck labels, size labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and boxes can all carry your own branding.

Accepted Answer

Private label detailsYes. We produce woven and printed neck labels, size labels, hang tags, polybags, boxes and custom packaging, all carrying your own branding rather than ours.A typical private label package includes a woven neck label, a printed size label, a care label, hang tags with your logo and product information, and packaging such as polybags or boxes. If your market requires specific wording on care or composition labels, share the details and we will follow them. Our team checks labels, tags and packaging against the approved sample during production and final inspection, so every piece matches your brand standard. Custom labels and packaging usually add a small amount of production and QC time, which we confirm in the quotation.Send your logo files and packaging requirements and we will prepare a private label plan for your order. It helps to think of the minimum as a per-colourway figure. One style in one colour is one minimum; the same style in three colours is three. Mixed sizes inside a colourway are normal and expected, which is why a size curve can be built around the figure rather than the other way round.Once the sample is approved, bulk production runs three to four weeks, after which the goods are packed and shipped by sea, air or land depending on urgency and volume. Working backwards from a launch date is the reliable way to confirm whether a schedule holds, because it exposes the freight and clearance time that a production-only plan tends to hide.Artwork requirements are straightforward: supply your logo in vector or high-resolution format, confirm label wording and sizing, and specify the packaging type you need. Labels and packaging are checked against the approved sample before packing.

Question 2

Yes. Garment dye, enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, distressing and sun-faded finishes are developed on a sample and matched in bulk.

Accepted Answer

Washing and finishing capabilitiesYes. We produce garment dye, enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, distressing and sun-faded finishes, which are central to vintage and streetwear looks.Wash development is a technical process, not simply a colour choice. The result depends on the base fabric, the dye or wash recipe, the machine process and the level of distressing requested. Because of this, we develop and validate the wash on your sample first, and the approved sample becomes the reference for the bulk order so the effect stays consistent across the whole run. When discussing a wash with our team, it helps to share reference images and describe the intensity you want, for example a light vintage fade versus a heavy distressed look. We will explain what each option does to the fabric and how it affects cost and production planning before you commit.Send your reference images and fabric preference and we will confirm which wash options fit your design.Wash development requires processing time on the sample, so allow for it in your schedule. The approved wash sample is retained as the reference, and bulk washing follows the same recipe and process so the finish stays consistent across the order.

Question 3

Yes. Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery and embroidered patches are available and can be combined with printing on the same garment.

Accepted Answer

Embroidery and mixed decorationYes. We provide flat embroidery, three-dimensional puff embroidery and embroidered patches, and we often combine embroidery with printing on the same garment.Flat embroidery gives crisp logos and text and is commonly used on chests, sleeves and caps. 3D puff embroidery uses a foam layer to create a raised effect, which is popular on hoodies and headwear. Patch applications, including woven and rubber badges, are useful when a design needs a defined shape or a heavier feel.Combining techniques is where experience matters: for example, a large printed graphic with an embroidered logo, or a puff-printed slogan with a woven patch. Our team will advise on placement, sizing and which elements are best embroidered versus printed so the finished garment looks deliberate rather than busy. Artwork requirements and the decoration plan are confirmed during sampling.Share your logo and artwork files and we will propose the best combination for your garment. For embroidery we recommend vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF, or a high-resolution PNG. Small text and fine lines may need adjustment to stitch cleanly, and our team will flag this during review. Complexity, stitch count and the number of placements all affect cost and production time, so these details are confirmed in the quotation.

Question 4

We offer screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), DTF and puff printing.

Accepted Answer

Printing options and how to chooseWe offer screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), DTF and puff printing. Each method suits different artwork, fabrics and order quantities.Screen printing uses a separate screen for each colour and delivers strong, durable results at volume, which makes it a good fit for bold graphic designs with a limited colour palette. DTG prints directly onto the garment and handles detailed, full-colour artwork, which suits smaller runs and photographic designs. DTF transfers work across a wide range of fabrics and colours, and puff printing adds a raised, three-dimensional effect that is popular in streetwear. To recommend the right method, our team looks at your artwork detail, the fabric you have chosen, the number of colours, the required durability and your order quantity. Print results are always validated on the sample before bulk production so there are no surprises.Send your artwork and fabric choice and we will recommend the most suitable printing method with pricing. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, not per order. Sizes can be mixed inside one colourway to reach that figure, so a single design in a single colour is the easiest way to start. Each additional colour is treated as its own minimum, because a new colour means a different fabric reservation, a separate cut and often a separate decoration setup.Bulk production takes three to four weeks after sample approval. That window covers fabric arrival, cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing, and it starts from the approved sample rather than from the enquiry date. Freight planning belongs at the same stage, because sea, air and land options differ in transit time and cost.
