Can you produce washed, vintage or distressed finishes?
Washing and finishing capabilities
Yes. We produce garment dye, enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, distressing and sun-faded finishes, which are central to vintage and streetwear looks.
Wash development is a technical process, not simply a colour choice. The result depends on the base fabric, the dye or wash recipe, the machine process and the level of distressing requested. Because of this, we develop and validate the wash on your sample first, and the approved sample becomes the reference for the bulk order so the effect stays consistent across the whole run.
When discussing a wash with our team, it helps to share reference images and describe the intensity you want, for example a light vintage fade versus a heavy distressed look. We will explain what each option does to the fabric and how it affects cost and production planning before you commit.
Send your reference images and fabric preference and we will confirm which wash options fit your design.
Wash development requires processing time on the sample, so allow for it in your schedule. The approved wash sample is retained as the reference, and bulk washing follows the same recipe and process so the finish stays consistent across the order.
