What fabrics do you use?

Update Time:2026/10/9

INFULLSAIL works with the fabrics most commonly used in vintage streetwear and retro apparel, and we can also source or develop custom materials for your brand. The right fabric depends on the garment type, the season, the desired look and your target price.

Fabrics we regularly use

  • 100% cotton and cotton blends for tees, shirts and lightweight layers
  • Heavyweight cotton, often 240gsm and above, for structured tees and hoodies
  • French terry and fleece for hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers
  • Denim in different weights and washes for jackets, pants and skirts
  • Nylon, twill, canvas and other materials for workwear, jackets and accessories
  • Washed, garment-dyed and distressed fabrics for vintage-style finishes

Fabric development

Beyond standard options, we can develop custom fabric weight, texture, color and finishing. If you have a specific material or a reference fabric in mind, send us the details and we will source it or recommend the closest suitable alternative.

Fabric samples first

Before bulk production, we recommend confirming materials through fabric swatches and a production sample. Sampling takes about one to two weeks, so you can check the hand feel, drape and color accuracy before committing to a full order.

Contact us with your product idea and we will recommend the best fabric options for your design and budget.
