What our after-sales commitment coversOur after-sales commitment is that if delivered goods do not match the agreed specification, we review the point promptly against the approved sample and the inspection records and agree a remedy with you. This works because the specification, sample approval and inspection records are documented, so the reference for any discussion already exists. Tell us with photos and the order reference as soon as possible after delivery. The remedy itself depends on the actual case and is agreed in writing rather than pre-set; it might be a correction, a replacement of affected pieces, or another solution both sides accept. We do not offer a blanket written guarantee beyond this, and any specific terms are those set out in your quotation or contract.Contact us with the order details and we will begin the review.Keeping the approved sample, the specification and the inspection records makes this process quick, because the standard we agreed is already documented and does not have to be re-established.Contact us as soon as possible if something is not as expected, so the goods can be checked while the shipment is still recent.

Pricing for repeat buyersWe value repeat business and price each order according to its quantity, style and materials, so a reorder is quoted on its own merits. Any consideration for repeat orders is confirmed in the quotation rather than promised in advance.Where volumes grow, unit cost usually improves because setup and material costs are spread over more pieces, and this is reflected in the quoted price for that quantity. The most practical way to keep cost down is a realistic order quantity across fewer styles and colours, since MOQ applies per style and per colour. Fewer colourways per style often cost less than many small runs.Because prices follow material and labour costs, the figure for each order is confirmed when you place it, and any agreed terms are set out in writing.Tell us your expected volume and we will quote accordingly.Where a client plans several orders across a season, it helps to discuss the overall volume early, so the pricing and the schedule can be planned around the whole programme rather than order by order.Any discount or special term is specific to the quoted order and is confirmed in writing, because material and labour costs change over time.

Accepted Answer

On-time delivery — how we plan itWe plan delivery dates carefully and keep you informed, but we do not promise a fixed date in advance, because timing depends on factors such as material availability, the point of order confirmation and the workshop schedule at the time. What we can do is agree the production window when the order is confirmed, check the material position first because it is often the limiting factor, and update you if anything changes. The agreed dates are part of your order confirmation. As a general guide, sampling usually takes one to two weeks and bulk production around three to four weeks after sample approval, but the actual timing for your order is confirmed in writing for that order. For rush projects, discuss it early: deciding in advance which elements could be simplified is often faster than trying to compress production itself.Send your target date with the enquiry and we will confirm what is realistic for your order.Comfortable timing usually comes from planning early: confirming the specification, approving the sample without long gaps, and placing the bulk order so it fits the workshop schedule rather than competing with the busiest period. We would rather agree a realistic window and meet it than quote an optimistic date at the enquiry stage, so please share your target and any fixed deadline.

Accepted Answer

Standard export packagingThe standard export packing is folded garments in polybags, packed into cartons with an order reference and a packing list. Sizes and colours are either packed together or separated, according to how you plan to store and ship them.Carton labels and the packing list let you check the delivery against the order and route cartons onward without opening everything. If you need retail-ready packing, such as individual polybags with barcodes, branded bags or hangtags, this can be arranged and is specified before production, because it changes packing time and cost.Carton dimensions and weights are recorded for your logistics planning, and special requirements such as flat or hanging packing are confirmed in advance.Tell us your packing requirement and we will confirm the standard and the options for your order. The packing list and carton marks are prepared so you can receive the goods, check them against the order and forward cartons without opening every box.Where a retailer or warehouse has specific carton labelling requirements, send them before production so they can be applied during packing.

Accepted Answer

Quotation and specification on paperAfter we review your enquiry we issue a written quotation covering the item, the quantity, the unit price and the terms, so you have a document to compare and approve rather than a figure given verbally.Alongside the quotation, the specification records what will actually be produced: fabric and weight, colour, measurements or size chart, construction details, decoration, labels and packing. This is the reference both sides work to.Where a detail is not yet fixed, it is marked so it can be agreed before production rather than assumed. Price and terms are confirmed in the quotation, and any order is subject to the agreed contract. If your internal process needs a specific format, tell us and we will follow it where possible.Send your requirement list and we will prepare the quotation and the specification for your review. It is worth checking that the specification matches what you expect before approving, especially measurements, colour, decoration and packing, since those are the details checked during production.Quotation validity depends on material and freight costs at the time, so the current figures are confirmed when you place the order.
