How long does production take?

Clear timelines help you plan your product launch, so INFULLSAIL always confirms schedules before starting work. As a general guide, sample development takes about one to two weeks, and bulk production takes about three to four weeks after the sample is approved.

Typical timeline

• Day 1 to 3: design and quotation review after receiving your inquiry
• Week 1 to 2: sample development for your approval, with the sampling fee quoted in advance
• Week 3 to 6: bulk production after sample approval, including material ordering and cutting
• Final days: inspection, packing and shipping arrangement

What can affect the schedule

Fabric availability is the biggest factor. Standard in-stock fabrics keep the process fast, while special or custom materials may need extra sourcing time. Complex decoration such as heavy embroidery, multiple prints or special washes can also add a few days. Order quantity affects production days as well.

Urgent orders

If you have a tight deadline, contact us as early as possible. We can advise whether your timeline is realistic, prioritize your production slot when available, or split delivery into partial shipments so you receive the first batch sooner.
