How do you ensure product quality?
Quality control at INFULLSAIL is built into every stage of production, not just checked at the end. Because custom garments are made to your exact specifications, quality starts with clarity before a single piece of fabric is cut.
Quality control process
- Design and material review before production, including fabric and trim confirmation
- Sample development within one to two weeks, and your approval sets the production standard
- Material inspection when fabrics and trims arrive at the factory
- In-line checks during cutting, sewing and decoration to catch issues early
- Final inspection of finished garments before packing, covering measurements, stitching, prints, labels and overall appearance
- Progress updates and photos so you can follow production remotely
Honest communication
If we see a potential problem in your design, such as a detail that is difficult to produce or a fabric that may not perform as expected, we will tell you before production rather than after. This honesty prevents small issues from becoming expensive mistakes.
Consistent standards for every order
Whether you order 100 pieces or 10,000 pieces, the same inspection steps apply. Our goal is simple: the garments that arrive at your door match the sample you approved, with no surprises.
Send us your design and we will show you how carefully we work.
