Are your streetwear apparel compliant with EU and US apparel regulations?

EU and US apparel compliance

Apparel sold in the EU and US must meet rules on labelling, fibre content, care instructions and restricted substances. Whether a particular order complies depends on the fabric, the trims and the decoration actually used, so it is confirmed against those materials rather than assumed for a whole factory.

In practice we work from your requirement list. Tell us at the start which market the goods are for, so the label content, care symbols and any substance limits are built into the specification before production begins, instead of being adjusted afterwards.

Where a test is needed, it is normally arranged on the actual fabric, print or finish used in your order, so the result reflects your goods. Testing and documentation can be discussed during the sampling stage.

We do not promise compliance in advance or issue documents we cannot support; anything relating to regulation is confirmed against the material for your order, and where relevant with your own compliance team or testing partner.

Send your destination market and requirement list with your enquiry and we will confirm what can be provided for your order.
