OEM and ODM services

We offer both OEM and ODM. In OEM, you bring the design, tech pack or reference sample and we manufacture to your specification. In ODM, we help develop the product itself, suggesting fabrics, fits and construction that suit your market.

Most projects sit somewhere between the two, so the practical question is how much of the development you want to own. If you have a clear design, OEM keeps control with you; if you have a brand idea but no technical drawings, ODM moves it forward faster.

Both routes run through the same process: brief, sampling, revision, approval, then bulk production with quality checks before shipping.

A documented drawing, specification or reference sample is what allows either route to start, and we can help convert a sketch or a reference garment into a production-ready tech pack where needed.

Deciding early which route you want keeps development efficient. If you plan to sell the design onward as your own, we recommend documenting the specification fully, so the product can be reproduced consistently in later seasons.

If you are starting from a reference garment rather than a drawing, we can measure and analyse it and build a specification from that, which works for both OEM and ODM projects.
