Can I mix sizes and colors within the MOQ for tops?

Mixing sizes and colors

Yes, sizes can be mixed within one colorway to reach the minimum. A single style and colour can be ordered as a spread of sizes, for example S, M, L and XL totalling 100 pieces, which is the usual approach for a first production run.

Different colours are treated as separate orders, because our MOQ applies per style, per color, and each colour involves separate fabric or dye lots, cutting and setup. If your size curve is not finalised, send an estimate and we will confirm a workable split before production.

A practical planning approach is to weight the first order towards the sizes that sell best in your market, then adjust on reorder based on actual sales data. For colour, many brands start with two or three core colours and add seasonal shades once the style is proven.

Share your size and colour plan with our team and we will confirm the details in the quotation.

For colour planning, it helps to think in terms of what you can sell rather than what you can order: a strong core colour, one seasonal shade and one accent is a common structure for a first run. Additional colours can be added on reorder once the style has proven itself.
