What file formats do you accept for tops artwork?

Accepted artwork formats

For artwork, vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are preferred because they scale cleanly for printing and embroidery. High-resolution PNG or PSD files are also accepted, and for photographs or complex graphics we recommend the highest resolution available, since print quality depends directly on file quality.

For specifications, PDF or Excel files work well, and a standard tech pack in any common format is fine. If your artwork includes specific colours, provide the colour references or Pantone numbers you want matched so the printer and embroiderer can work to the same standard.

Artwork is reviewed before sampling so any technical issues, such as very fine lines, small text or gradients that need a different method, are flagged early. Artwork files and placement details are then confirmed in the specification and approved on the sample.
