Can you develop a full tops collection rather than a single style?
Developing a full collection
Yes. We can develop a complete collection rather than a single style, covering tops, bottoms, outerwear and accessories as needed. Collection development is planned as a whole, so fabrics, colours, fits and details stay coordinated instead of being developed as unrelated items.
The process usually starts with a range plan: which categories you need, how many styles per category, the fabric story and the colour palette. From there we develop samples, either style by style or in groups that share fabrics, and refine them together with your feedback. Grouping styles by fabric also improves consistency and can reduce development time.
For brands launching for the first time, we often suggest beginning with a capsule of two to four styles built on shared fabrics, then expanding once the first samples are approved and market feedback is clear. The quotation lists each style separately so you can stage the collection within your budget.
If you would like to see how a full range would look before committing, we can develop a small sample group first, covering one piece per category, which combines development cost and time without committing to the whole collection at once.
