All-over and sublimation printing

All-over and sublimation-style decoration can be produced where the fabric and the design allow it. Sublimation works by printing onto polyester-based fabric, so the material choice is part of the decision rather than separate from it.

For full-print garments, the artwork is laid out across the panels and aligned to the pattern, which means the print placement is agreed together with the pattern rather than added afterwards.

Seams and trims interrupt a continuous print, so a design intended to run edge to edge is planned with the construction in mind, and this is settled on the sample before bulk.

Where the fabric is cotton or a cotton blend, sublimation is not the appropriate method and other decoration routes are used instead, so the available options depend on the material you choose.
