Yes. You are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection before shipment. Third-party checks are common on larger orders, and we cooperate with the process: we coordinate the timing and give the inspector access to the relevant production and records.

In practice, you appoint the inspection company and agree the standard and date with them, and we plan the production and packing schedule so the inspection can take place before the goods are packed. The inspector issues the report directly to you, which keeps the process independent.

If you plan an inspection, tell us early. Scheduling is easier when the date is known before production starts, and any questions raised by the inspector can be resolved while the order is still in the factory.

If an inspection raises points, we review them with you directly and agree how any corrections will be handled before the goods are packed.

If the inspection reveals a point that needs correction, we agree with you in writing how it will be resolved and confirm the revised timing before packing continues.
