Producing to your exact measurements and specs

Yes. If you already have measurements or a specification, we produce to your figures rather than to a standard chart. Send the measurement points and how each one is taken, so there is no ambiguity later about where a measurement is read.

In practice we build a measurement chart for your style, produce the sample against it, and you approve the fit on that sample. The approved sample and the chart then become the reference for bulk production and for any reorder.

Where you have a physical garment rather than a chart, we can measure it and agree the points with you, because measuring the actual piece removes uncertainty about how a measurement is defined, such as chest at underarm or chest one inch below.

Every measurement has a tolerance, since fabric and construction behave differently across sizes and after washing. The acceptable range is agreed with you rather than left open, and it is recorded with the specification.
