Shipping a physical sample

Yes. We can ship a physical sample before you commit to bulk production. Sampling is quoted separately and confirmed in advance, and the courier cost is quoted separately as well, so the cost structure is clear before the sample is dispatched.

Shipping a sample is often worthwhile for brands launching a new fabric, fit or wash, because the physical garment shows details that photos cannot: hand feel, drape, print thickness, embroidery relief and the exact shade under natural light. Seeing and feeling the piece materially reduces the risk of an expensive misunderstanding at bulk stage.

Once approved, that sample travels with the order as the reference standard. If changes are needed after you receive it, we revise the sample and re-confirm it before bulk production begins.

If you plan to test several fabrics, we can prepare a swatch set alongside the sample so future orders can be specified more precisely.

For international sample shipments we confirm the courier option and estimated transit time, so you know when to expect the parcel.
