How does the sampling process work for cargo pants?
How sampling works
The sampling process starts with your design, tech pack or reference. We review the style and advise on fabrics and construction, then issue a quotation that includes the sampling fee. Once confirmed, we develop the sample, which typically takes about one to two weeks depending on complexity and fabric availability.
You then review the sample for fit, fabric, colour, print, embroidery and finishing. Feedback with photos and measurements helps us revise efficiently, and the number of included revision rounds is confirmed in the sampling quotation so expectations are clear from the start. Once you approve, that sample becomes the production standard.
Bulk production follows, usually within about three to four weeks after approval. The approved sample is used for final inspection as well, which is why it is worth taking time at this stage: decisions made here determine how the bulk order turns out.
If your timeline is tight, tell us at the start: sampling can sometimes be prioritised, but only if the fabric and artwork are ready when development begins.
