Do you offer ripstop and water-repellent cargo pants?
Ripstop and water-repellent finishes
Ripstop and water-repellent constructions can be produced where the fabric is available. Ripstop is a weave that limits a tear from spreading, while a water-repellent finish is a treatment applied to the fabric rather than a property of the weave alone.
Where a finish is used, its durability and how it behaves after washing are worth confirming on the actual fabric, since treatments vary and a specification alone does not describe performance.
The handfeel changes with these choices: coated or treated fabrics can feel crisper and less soft, which may or may not suit the look you are building.
Any performance claim depends on the specific fabric and treatment, so the material documents and the tests that can be provided are confirmed during sampling rather than asserted in advance.
Tell us the fabric performance you need and we will confirm what can be sourced for your order.
