We normally quote in USD. Accepted Incoterms depend on your destination, your preferred logistics arrangement and the shipping method, so they are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed. Common options include arrangements where we handle export and freight, and arrangements where your own forwarder collects from the factory.

The practical difference matters for cost planning. When we arrange shipping, the quotation includes transport and export documentation; when you use your own forwarder, the quoted price covers the goods and factory-side preparation, and freight is arranged on your side. In both cases we confirm responsibilities in writing so there is no ambiguity.

For larger orders, we can also compare shipping methods, for example sea versus air, and show the trade-off between transit time and cost, so you can choose the option that fits your launch schedule.
