Inspection reports with shipments

We can provide inspection records and photos for your order, and where a third-party inspection has been arranged, the report is issued by the inspection company directly to you. Records are shared with the shipping documents so everything arrives together.

What the records contain depends on the agreed inspection plan: typically measurements against the approved chart, workmanship checks, decoration checks, labelling and packing confirmation, and photographs of the finished goods. If your buying process requires specific items in the report, tell us at the quotation stage so they can be included.

Some brands also ask for a pre-shipment confirmation note or a sample of the packed product. Where that is useful, we are happy to arrange it as part of the final inspection process.

If your internal process requires a specific report format, send an example at the quotation stage and we will confirm what can be provided with the shipment.
