Payment is made by bank transfer between companies. The full schedule is set out in the contract, so both sides know the payment stages before production begins. There are no verbal arrangements: everything relevant to payment is written down.

Typical structures involve a deposit to start production and the balance at an agreed milestone, such as before shipment or after inspection. Because terms can vary with order size, specifications and the length of the relationship, the exact schedule is set out in the contract for each order.

If your company works with specific internal requirements, such as approval by an inspection report or payment after a shipping document is issued, tell us at the quotation stage so the schedule can be aligned before work starts.

One practical suggestion: confirm the payment schedule at the same time as pricing and lead time, before the order is placed. When all three are documented together, production planning is straightforward and there is no last-minute negotiation.
