Sampling is quoted separately, and the fee is confirmed before development starts. The cost depends on the style, the materials and the work involved, including any pattern development, decoration setup or wash development. Quoting it separately keeps the bulk unit price clean and transparent.

If your bulk order qualifies in size, the sample fee can be credited after the bulk order is placed, with the exact terms confirmed in your quotation. Many brands treat the sample fee as a development cost and focus on the bulk unit price and total landed cost when comparing suppliers.

For projects with several styles, we quote sampling per style so you can decide which designs to develop first. If budget is limited at the start, we can also begin with one or two styles and add the rest once the first samples are approved.

For multi-style collections, we suggest developing samples in the order you intend to sell them, so the styles launching first are approved first.
