Pre-production samples

Yes. After you approve the development sample, we produce a pre-production sample using the bulk fabric, trims and labels. This step confirms that what arrives for production matches what was approved, including colour, weight, finish and labelling.

The pre-production sample then becomes the production standard. During bulk manufacture, garments are checked against it, and it is also the reference for final inspection before packing. Where a brand requires it, the pre-production sample can be shipped to you for physical approval before bulk begins.

In practice, this step is what keeps a bulk order predictable: it removes ambiguity about materials and finishing, and it gives both sides a single agreed reference for quality.
