Do you drop-ship bags directly to my customers?
Shipping directly to your customers
We are a manufacturer and normally ship bulk orders to your warehouse or your nominated forwarder. Direct-to-consumer shipping is a different model and depends on your order structure, your destination and the delivery method used.
If you need goods sent to more than one address, the practical approach is to agree it at the quotation stage, because it affects packing, labelling and freight, and may not suit every delivery method.
For most brands the smoother route is one consolidated export shipment to your own fulfilment centre, from where you distribute to customers, since this usually keeps freight and customs simpler and more economical.
Where a direct arrangement is possible for your case, the terms, packing and documentation are confirmed in writing rather than assumed from a general policy.
Describe your delivery requirement with your enquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged for your order.
If you are considering sending goods directly to customers, we would need the order data, the packing format and the labelling your carrier requires, since these change what is practical and what it costs.
Where returns are part of your model, it is worth planning how they would be handled, because a manufacturer is not normally set up to receive and process consumer returns in the destination country.
