Protecting an exclusive design means it is produced only for you. We do not sell your patterns, artwork or finished goods to other customers, and your files are used only for your own orders.

In practice this can be supported by an NDA, by limiting internal access to the team on your order, and by agreeing in writing that the design is exclusive to your brand.

Where you want extra assurance, the specific terms, such as the scope and duration of exclusivity, are set out in your agreement with us so both sides know exactly what is covered.

We can also return or delete your files at your request once an order is complete, where you prefer not to leave material with us.

Tell us what exclusivity you need and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.

It also helps to be explicit about what exclusivity covers: a single style, a category, or an entire range, and whether it is permanent or for a fixed period. Being precise avoids misunderstanding on both sides.
