After we review your enquiry we issue a written quotation covering the item, the quantity, the unit price and the terms, so you have a document to compare and approve rather than a figure given verbally.

Alongside the quotation, the specification records what will actually be produced: fabric and weight, colour, measurements or size chart, construction details, decoration, labels and packing. This is the reference both sides work to.

Where a detail is not yet fixed, it is marked so it can be agreed before production rather than assumed. Price and terms are confirmed in the quotation, and any order is subject to the agreed contract.
