Protecting your designs from copying

Your designs, patterns and artwork are used only for your orders. We do not produce your design for another customer, and access to your files is limited to the team working on the order.

Where you want additional assurance, we can sign an NDA before reviewing your material and agree in writing that the design is exclusive to your brand, stating the scope and the duration of that exclusivity.

In day-to-day practice, protection also depends on how files are handled internally: patterns are stored under your reference and are not circulated outside the team that produces your order.

If you prefer your files not to be retained, we can return or delete them at your request once the order is complete, and the arrangement is confirmed with you rather than assumed.
