Intellectual property and confidentiality

We treat client designs, fabrics and supplier information as confidential. An NDA can be signed before we review your designs or samples, and internal access to your files is limited to the team members who work on the order, such as development, production and quality control.

In practice, confidentiality covers four areas: your artwork and tech packs, the patterns and grading we develop for you, the fabrics and trims we source for your project, and the fact that we produce for your brand at all. We do not resell designs that clients have asked us to treat as exclusive, and exclusivity terms can be confirmed in writing.

If your design contains licensed artwork, official logos or characters, tell us at the development stage so we can confirm what documentation is needed and whether the material can be produced. That check protects both your brand and the production schedule.

For additional protection, we can limit access to your files to the team members working on the order, store patterns under your brand reference, and return or delete files at your request once the order is complete.
