We plan delivery dates carefully and keep you informed, but we do not promise a fixed date in advance, because timing depends on factors such as material availability, the point of order confirmation and the workshop schedule at the time.

What we can do is agree the production window when the order is confirmed, check the material position first because it is often the limiting factor, and update you if anything changes. The agreed dates are part of your order confirmation.

As a general guide, sampling usually takes one to two weeks and bulk production around three to four weeks after sample approval, but the actual timing for your order is confirmed in writing for that order.

For rush projects, discuss it early: deciding in advance which elements could be simplified is often faster than trying to compress production itself.
