Can I order small trial quantities before bulk production?
Trial orders before bulk production
Yes. Because our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color, brands can place a smaller trial order before committing to bulk production. This is common with new collections: you test the fit, fabric and market response on one or two styles first, then scale the winners.
How a trial run usually works: choose one or two key styles and one or two colorways, confirm the fabric and decoration, approve the sample, and produce the first batch. Once the styles sell, reorders follow the same MOQ of 100 pieces per style, per color, which keeps restocking predictable.
A practical tip from our team: keep the first order simple. Fewer styles and colorways means lower setup cost, faster production and a clearer read on what your customers actually buy. You can add more colors and styles in the next order.
Tell us your target styles and quantities and we will confirm the trial plan, sampling schedule and pricing for your project.
What to prepare for a trial order: your design or reference garment, the target quantity, a size curve, your fabric preference and any branding requirements. If you are unsure about fabric, ask for swatch options before the sample is made, since choosing the material early avoids rework later. Our team can also suggest which single style is likely to perform best as a first test.
