Do you offer tiered pricing based on quantity breaks?
How quantity affects unit price
Unit pricing normally improves as order quantity increases. This is not a marketing position but simple production economics: pattern work, machine setup, sample development, fabric minimums and packing preparation are largely fixed costs, and they are spread across a larger number of pieces when the order is bigger.
Within a single quotation, the main price drivers are fabric and trims, construction complexity, decoration method and volume of decoration, labels and packaging, and the total order quantity. Because these factors differ from project to project, the exact quantity breaks are confirmed in your written quotation rather than published as a fixed table.
To get the best unit price, it helps to confirm specifications early, group more pieces into one fabric and color group where possible, and plan fabric orders before peak season. If you are comparing budgets, ask us for quotations at two or three quantity levels so you can see how the price curve behaves for your specific design.
Send your design and the quantities you are considering and we will prepare an itemized quotation with the corresponding price levels.
