Are there hidden tooling or setup fees for custom orders?
How fees are quoted
We quote sampling and any optional services in advance, and the quotation itemizes production, decoration and packaging, so you can see exactly what each line covers. There are no unexpected line items added later.
The typical cost elements for a custom order are: sample development (charged separately, with the fee confirmed before work starts), fabric and trims, cutting and sewing labour, decoration such as printing or embroidery, labels and packaging, and shipping. Some projects also include special requirements such as custom hardware or special washes, which are quoted as separate items.
If your bulk order qualifies in quantity, the sample fee can be credited after the bulk order is placed; the exact terms are confirmed in your quotation. If you have a fixed budget, tell us the target and we will explain which specification changes have the biggest effect on cost.
Request a quotation for your design and we will list every cost element clearly before you commit.
