Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Third-party inspection
Yes. You are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection before shipment. Many of our clients do this for larger orders, and we cooperate fully with the process.
In practice, you appoint an inspection company, agree the inspection standard and date with them, and we coordinate factory access and make the relevant production available. The inspector checks the goods against the approved sample and issues the report to you. Inspection fees are normally paid by the buyer, and the timing is confirmed in advance so it does not disrupt the production schedule.
We also run our own in-line checks and a final inspection before packing, and we can share inspection records and photos with you. If you prefer to combine both approaches, tell us early and we will plan the schedule around your inspection date.
Let us know your inspection plan and we will coordinate the timing with your appointed agency.
A typical inspection covers carton and packing checks, quantity verification, measurement checks against the approved spec, workmanship review and labelling. Please notify us of the inspection date early so we can plan the production and packing schedule around it.
